Milo Studio gift cards can be redeemed on all products available through our online store. Simply enter your gift card code at checkout, and the balance will be applied to your order.
Our gift cards are delivered digitally by email. If you're sending the gift card directly to someone special, they'll receive an email containing their unique gift card code.
As our gift cards are completely digital, no physical card will be shipped.
Milo Studio gift cards do not have an expiry date. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
Yes. Simply tick the"I want to send this as a gift"option when purchasing your gift card. You'll be able to enter the recipient's name, email address, and a personal message. We'll then deliver the gift card directly to their inbox on the scheduled delivery date you choose, or as soon as the order is fulfilled if no date is selected.
Yes. If your order total is less than the value of your gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used on future purchases until it has been fully redeemed.

If it's still missing, please get in touch with us. We can locate your gift card using the purchaser's or recipient's name or email address and resend it to the correct email.
